Jason brings an extensive background of over two decades in sales and staffing, focusing on financial services, and products specifically within banking, lending, and insurance. His expertise lies in boutique regulatory consulting, specializing in interim volume projects and executive search hires.
In his most recent position, Jason served as a Director at Hamlyn Williams, where he led the oversight of the entire Governance, Risk, and Compliance division across the UK and European markets.
Client Accolade; Developed the partnership of an SME financial crime consultancy, where Jason played an integral role in the identification and acquisition of an executive management team member. When a remediation program project became a resourcing demand, Jason provided an end-to-end resourcing solution to set up the entire function in line with the regulatory timelines.

Jevon has six years of recruitment and staffing experience within the financial services. In this time, Jevon has developed a global network within the regulatory financial technology market, with a niche focus on high growth payments, lending, banking, crypto and capital market firms.
Jevon has spent his entire career supporting the expansion of scale up ventures into new products, territories, and periods of commercial acceleration. In this time, Jevon has served entrepreneurs across the entire lifecycle of the fintech landscape, working with seed and series investment backed, and publicly listed originators.
Client Accolade; Developed the partnership of a Nordic Payments Unicorn at an early stage, and worked exclusively and retained with the Group management team to support global hiring across thirteen international territories, spanning three continents.
